DDA Offers 1,287 Narela Flats at 25 Percent Discount

Delhi Development Authority announced a special Raksha Bandhan offer for homebuyers. Under Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026, the authority is adding 1,287 new flats in Narela, in Pocket 3 and 4 of Sector A1-A4. These units include 790 MIG flats and 497 HIG flats.

Flat pricing and booking details

A 25 percent discount is available on the original prices. For example, MIG flats now cost between roughly ₹73.7 lakh and ₹81.8 lakh. The booking process starts at 12 noon on August 28, 2026. DDA will use a first-come, first-served system for these flats. Interested buyers should check the official list from DDA to see unit details and final discounted rates.
