DDA Narela Housing Scheme Sees Massive Response

Delhi Development Authority saw a strong response to its Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. Bookings opened on the 80th Independence Day. By the end of day one, 661 of the 1,218 ready-to-move flats in Narela were sold. All 1-BHK units are now fully booked.

Scheme Details

The scheme gives a 25% discount on 1-BHK, 2-BHK, and 3-BHK homes. Prices now start at 33.40 lakh rupees for a 1-BHK, 75.55 lakh rupees for a 2-BHK, and 1.065 crore rupees for a 3-BHK flat. Government employees, corporate professionals, and entrepreneurs can apply. Buyers can book these freehold properties online on the official DDA portal. People are showing more interest in the area because of better connections, such as the new Metro and RRTS stations.
