DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana: Booking for 1,287 Narela Flats Starts August 28

Delhi Development Authority is opening a new booking phase for 1,287 HIG and MIG flats in Narela under Nagrik Awas Yojana. These ready-to-move-in homes come with a 25 per cent discount. Bookings open at noon on August 28, 2026, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Flat details and pricing

Flats are located in Sector A1 to A4, in Pocket 3 and Pocket 4. After the discount, prices are as follows:

• Pocket 3 HIG flats: roughly Rs 1 crore
• Pocket 4 HIG flats: Rs 96.86 lakh
• Pocket 3 MIG flats: Rs 73.02 lakh
• Pocket 4 MIG flats: Rs 73.71 lakh
