DDA Launches Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 with 25 Percent Discount

Delhi Development Authority has launched Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. It offers 1,224 flats in Narela at a 25 percent discount. This scheme helps government workers and professionals like doctors, engineers, and teachers. You can choose from 384 1-BHK, 432 2-BHK, or 408 3-BHK units in Pocket 11, Sector A1 to A4.

Application Details

Registration started on July 24, 2026. Flat booking opens on August 15, 2026. You must pay a registration fee of ₹2,500, which is not refundable. Booking amounts are ₹50,000 for 1-BHK, ₹4,00,000 for 2-BHK, and ₹10,00,000 for 3-BHK units. Selection is on a first-come-first-serve basis. The scheme ends on October 30, 2026, or earlier if all flats are booked. You must finish payments within 60 days of getting the allotment letter. A 30-day grace period is available at 10 percent interest.
