DDA Launches Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 with 1,224 Flats

Delhi Development Authority launched Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. It offers 1,224 ready-to-move flats in Narela at a 25% discount. This scheme is for government staff, retired workers, and professionals such as doctors, lawyers, and engineers.

Buyers can pick from 384 1-BHK, 432 2-BHK, and 408 3-BHK flats. Booking amounts are ₹50,000, ₹4 lakh, and ₹10 lakh. Registration started July 24, 2026, and booking opens August 15. You can apply until October 30, 2026, as long as units are left.

Application process

Applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500 on DDA Awaas Portal. After you pick a flat, you have 15 minutes to finish the online booking payment. If you get an allotment, pay the remaining balance within 60 days to confirm your home.
