DDA Karmjeevan Awas Yojana 2026 Sees Strong First Day Response

Delhi Development Authority saw a strong start for Karmjeevan Awas Yojana 2026. On the first day, 66 out of 128 ready-to-move-in flats in Narela were booked. This scheme offers a 25% discount to mark India's 80th Independence Day.

Flat details and pricing

One-bedroom units were in high demand and sold out within a few hours. The project is located in Pocket-II, Sector A6-A4, Narela. After the discount, prices are ₹33.40 lakh for one-bedroom, ₹75.55 lakh for two-bedroom, and ₹1.085 crore for three-bedroom units. Government employees and working professionals are the target for these homes. They are located near upcoming metro and RRTS stations.
