DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana Sees Strong Start in Delhi

Delhi Development Authority has received a strong response to its new housing scheme. Launched on the 80th Independence Day, Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 offers 1,218 ready-to-move flats in Narela. A total of 661 units were booked on the first day. All 1-BHK flats are already sold out.

Housing Scheme Details

This scheme offers a 25 per cent discount on properties. Prices start at ₹33.40 lakh for 1-BHK, ₹75.55 lakh for 2-BHK, and ₹1.065 crore for 3-BHK units. The scheme is made for government employees and working professionals. Booking follows a first come, first serve model. Narela is becoming a popular choice for homebuyers in the capital.
