DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 Sees Strong Start in Delhi

Delhi Development Authority saw a strong response on the first day of Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026. More than half of the available flats were booked on Saturday. Out of 1,218 ready-to-move-in flats in Narela, 661 units were claimed by buyers.

This scheme offers 1-BHK, 2-BHK, and 3-BHK flats at a 25 per cent discount. Prices start from Rs 33.40 lakh. Demand for 1-BHK units was very high among working professionals. These homes are freehold. The authority also allows the joining of two side-by-side flats. The booking process is online for clarity.
