Andhra Pradesh Approves 17,912 Houses Under PMAY-Urban 2.0
Andhra Pradesh government sanctioned 17,912 houses under PMAY-Urban 2.0 Beneficiary-led Construction scheme. This covers the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 with a total project cost of ₹447.8 crore.
Payment and Application Details
The unit cost for each house is ₹2.5 lakh. Funding is split between governments. Central government provides 60 per cent, or ₹1.5 lakh. The state government contributes 40 per cent, which is ₹1 lakh.
