Scheme: Odisha Ama Shasana

Odisha government has started a new citizen feedback scheme Ama Shasana (Our Governance). Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi launched this scheme to make governance more people-centric and transparent. Under this new scheme, citizens can easily share their experiences about government services using WhatsApp, social media, a toll-free helpline, chatbot, or even direct calls from ministers
