Central govt. has stared Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019 for service tax and central excise. This SVLDRS scheme by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) under Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a one stop solution for tax dispute resolution. People can now apply online for Sabka Vishwas Scheme & fill application form at cbic-gst.gov.in
All the applicants of Sabka Vishwas Scheme will get waiver on interest and penalty and would not be prosecuted for tax evasion. This SVLDRS Scheme is a one time measure for liquidation of past disputes of central excise and service tax. This scheme will provide an opportunity of voluntary disclosure to non-compliant taxpayers.

It is important to note that declaration under Section 125 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 can now be made electronically in Form SVLDRS-1. Moreover, FORM ITC-04 is not required to be furnished for F.Y. 2017-18 & 2018-19.
