The Parliament of India has approved the amendments in Motor Vehicle Act and the new traffic rules are applicable from 1 September 2019. As per the updated Motor Vehicles Act 2019, people will have to pay more fines (approx. 10 times) on violation of traffic rules. Now people can Check New Traffic Rules & complete Fine List before travelling on road.
This new Traffic Fine List will enable people to be aware of the new raised amount of penalty imposed on violating traffic rules. The central government has adopted this move in order to raise awareness in people on traffic rules and minimize road accidents.
All the people are requested to follow the new traffic rules and wear safety equipment while driving in order to avoid any challan.
New Traffic Rules & Challan Fines List 2019
Here is the complete list of traffic challan fines or penalty on violating the traffic rules in India:-
