HP Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana 2024: The state govt. of Himachal Pradesh had launched a new scheme named Mukhya Mantri Roshni Yojana 2024. हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने राज्य में गरीब लोगों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना (HP Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana) शुरू कर दी है। मुख्यमंत्री जय राम ठाकुर ने एचपी बजट 2019-2020 पेश करते हुए इस सरकारी योजना की घोषणा करी थी। राज्य सरकार हिमाचल मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना के अंतर्गत प्रदेश में लगभग 17,550 गरीब परिवारों को मुफ्त बिजली कनेक्शन (CM Free Electricity Connection Scheme in Himachal Pradesh) उपलब्ध कराएगी। वे लोग जो अभी भी बिजली कनेक्शन से वंचित हैं इस एचपी मुफ्त बिजली कनेक्शन योजना का लाभ ले सकते हैं।

The objective of the CM Roshni Scheme is to provide free electricity connections to poor families of the state. Here are the complete details of the Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana in Himachal Pradesh state.

Eligibility Criteria for HP Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana

To avail benefit of free electricity connection under Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana the applicant should fulfill any one of the following criteria which needs to be certified by the concerned competent authority:-

• He should be a member of the BPL family.
• He should be a member of the family covered under Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY).
• He should be a member of the Priority Household (PH).
• His annual income from all sources should not exceed Rs. 35,000.
• The applied load in his premises should be less than 2 KW.

Implementation of CM Roshni Scheme in Himachal Pradesh

Being the only DISCOM in the State, the aforesaid scheme is to be implemented by HPSEB Limited throughout the state. Funds for releasing electricity connections under this scheme are to be provided by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. On the basis of the trends of previous years, approximately 17,550 poor families are to be provided free electricity connections under this scheme during the year 2024. The Chief Engineer wise break-up of connections as well as expenditure to be incurred on release of the same is as under:-

It is, therefore, requested that the implementation of the scheme may be started in the field immediately. The monthly return of the connections to be released under this scheme may be sent to the office of the Chief Engineer (Comm.) alongwith other routine returns.

While releasing connections under Mukhya Mantri Roshni Yojana, 50% rebate may be given to the eligible applicants in Advance Consumption Deposit.

एचपी मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना (Free Household Power Connection Scheme) की हिमाचल प्रदेश बजट 2019-20 में घोषणा होने के बाद इसको मंत्रिमंडल से मंजूरी जून महिनें में मिली थी। हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना को मंजूरी मिलने के बाद कैसे राज्य में मुफ्त बिजली कनेक्शन उपलब्ध कराये जाएंगे इसके लिए रोडमैप तैयार होने के बाद बिजली बोर्ड ने इसके लिए गाइडलाइन जारी कर दी है। यह योजना प्रधानमंत्री सौभाग्य योजना के अंतर्गत शुरू की गई है। हिमाचल मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना के कार्यान्वन (HP Free Electricity Connection Scheme Implementation) के लिए सरकार 17,550 मुफ्त बिजली कनेक्शन आवंटित करेगी।

हिमाचल प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना जरूरी पात्रता

बिजली बोर्ड द्वारा जारी की गई गाइडलाइन (Mukhyamantri Roshni Yojana Guidelines & Eligibility) के अनुसार लाभार्थियों को निम्न्लिखित किसी एक शर्त को पूरा करना होगा, तभी उनको एचपी फ्री बिजली कनेक्शन योजना का लाभ मिल सकेगा:

• आवेदक उम्मीदवार के परिवार की वार्षिक आय सभी स्रोतों से मिलाकर 35 हजार रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• लाभार्थी परिवार के घर का विद्युत लोड दो किलोवाट से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए
• एचपी मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना के तहत उम्मीदवारों का चयन बीपीएल परिवारों की सूची में से किया जाएगा।
• परिवार के सदस्यों का नाम अंत्योदय अन्न योजना की सूची में होना चाहिए।
• इसके अलावा परिवारों का चयन प्राथमिकता परिवार की सूची के द्वारा भी किया जाएगा।

हिमाचल मुख्यमंत्री रोशनी योजना (Free Household Power Connection Scheme) की निगरानी के लिए राज्य सरकार अलग से बिजली बोर्ड में अधिकारियों को नियुक्त करेगी, जबकि प्रदेश की सरकार इसकी समीक्षा करेगी।
