Viklang Kalyan Vibhag of Uttar Pradesh govt. is running Viklang pension scheme for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The complete and latest list of UP Viklang pension scheme beneficiaries till the year 2023-24 is available at the official website at sspy-up.gov.in. Anyone can access this Viklang pension Yojana List 2021-22, 2020-2021, 2019-20 and of previous years very easily.

Under this Viklang Pension Yojana, all the disabled persons (minimum 40% disability) above the age of 18 years whose name appears in the all India final BPL list are entitled to receive Rs. 1000 per month. Applicants who are enrolled in the handicapped Pension Scheme of Uttar Pradesh or those who have recently applied for the the scheme can check their name online by following the simple procedure given above. दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों हेतु भरण पोषण अनुदान (दिव्यांग पेंशन)

प्रदेश में 40 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक की दिव्यांगता वाले दृष्टिबाधित, मूक बधिर, मानसिक तथा शारीरिक रूप से दिव्यांगजन जिनके जीवनयापन के लिए स्वयं का न तो कोई साधन है और न ही वे किसी प्रकार का परिश्रम कर सकते हैं तथा जिनकी आय गरीबी की रेखा वर्तमान में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में Rs. 46,080 तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में Rs. 56,460 प्रति परिवार प्रति वर्ष की सीमा के अन्दर हाँ के भरण पोषण हेतु दिव्यांगजन सशक्तीकारण विभाग द्वारा दिव्यांग भरण-पोषण अनुदान योजना अन्तर्गत Rs. 1000 प्रति माह प्रति लाभार्थी की दर से अनुदान दिया जाता है। आवेदन की प्रक्रिया – निम्नलिखित प्रपत्र होने आवश्यक हैं:-

• न्यूनतम् 40 प्रतिशत दिव्यांगता का प्रमाण-पत्र
• गरीबी की रेखा के नीचे का आय प्रमाण-पत्र
• आयु 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक
• ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की दशा में ग्राम सभा का प्रस्ताव / शहरी क्षेत्र में यह प्रक्रिया उपजिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से सम्पन्न होती है।
• बैंक पासबुक की छाया-प्रति

लाभ पाने के लिए पात्र दिव्यांगजन को सर्वप्रथम sspy-up.gov.in पर अपना आवेदन करना होता है जिसके पश्चात जिला दिव्यांगजन सशक्तीकरण अधिकारी के सत्यापनोपरान्त पात्र दिव्यांगजन को इस योजना से लाभान्वित किया जाता है।

भुगतान की प्रक्रिया – पी०एफ०एम०एस० प्रणाली (ई-पेमेंट) के माध्यम से अनुदान की धनराशि लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में अन्तरित की जाती है।

कुष्ठावस्था पेंशन योजना

कुष्ठ रोग के कारण दिव्यांग हुए ऐसे सभी दिव्यांगजन जो उत्तर प्रदेश के मूल निवासी हैं तथा जिनकी आय गरीबी की रेखा वर्तमान में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रू 46,080 तथा शहरी क्षेत्रों में रू 56,460 प्रति परिवार प्रति वर्ष की सीमा के अन्दर है एवं शासन द्वारा संचालित अन्य कोई पेंशन का लाभ न प्राप्त कर रहे हो को प्रदेश से सम्बन्धित जनपद के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी दुद्वारा जारी दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र (चाहे दिव्यांगता का प्रतिशत कुछ भी हो) के आधार पर रू0 3000 प्रति माह प्रति लाभार्थी की दर से अनुदान दिया जाता है। आवेदन की प्रक्रिया निम्नलिखित प्रपत्र होने आवश्यक हैं:-

• कुष्ठ रोग के कारण दिव्यांगता का प्रमाण-पत्र (प्रतिशत की सीमा नहीं)
• गरीबी की रेखा के नीचे का आय प्रमाण-पत्र
• आयु की न्यूनतम / अधिकतम् की सीमा नहीं है।
• ग्रामीण क्षेत्र की दशा में ग्राम सभा का प्रस्ताव / शहरी क्षेत्र में यह प्रक्रिया उपजिलाधिकारी के माध्यम से सम्पन्न होती है।
• बैंक पासबुक की छाया-प्रति

To avail Viklang pension status, Handicapped person must not be getting benefits of Old Age Pension Scheme, Widow Pension Scheme or other pension schemes.

STEP 4: In next window, UP Viklang Pension Scheme Online Application Form will appear as shown below:-

STEP 5: Here candidates have to fill all the details and “Save” details. Next candidates can click the “Edit Saved Form / Final Submit” option to finally submit the application form.
