The state government of Odisha has announced Mukhyamantri Medhabruti Puraskar Yojana or Chief Minister Merit Scholarship Scheme in the state. This scheme has been launched for the student of 10th Class. Under the scheme, the government will provide scholarship to a total of 40,000 students across the state. Moreover, the teachers and parents will also get special rewards if their students/children do well in the exam of 10th class.
The CM of Odisha has announced this scheme on the special occasion of Children’s Day. In addition, the state government has also launched Mo School campaign and Odia Bhasha Bruti Puraskar all over the state. The government will provide Rs. 100 crore to spread the Mo School campaign.
All the active participant will make a part in the development journey of their alma mater. In addition, these participants also will make be a part of the change if they want to see in their school.

All the candidates performing well in the matriculation examination will get a cash prize award of Rs 5,000. The government will select 100 students from each block and municipal corporation, 50 from each municipality and 20 from each NAC to provide the benefit of CM’s Merit Scholarship.
The teachers and parents will also get a reward every year if their student secured highest marks in Class X.
Mukhyamantri Medhabruti Puraskar scheme would help in overall development of the students and encouraging them to achieve better marks in their exams.
The Children’s Day celebrations at the State Level was organized in the Capital High School Ground in Bhubaneswar. This event was organized by School & Mass Education Department. On the occasion, Odisha CM Naveen has urged to all school children to stay ahead and become an active participant in all fields, including education, sports, music, social service etc.
