PM Narendra Modi brings a major shift in the Indian Bureaucracy and now Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Exam is not necessary to become IAS. Central Government is inviting applications for the 10 posts of Joint Secretary through Lateral Entry at lateral.nic.in
Now all the people working in the private sectors and possess expertise and experience in their respective domains can apply for these posts. Candidates having expertise in areas of Revenue, Financial Services, Economic Affairs, Agriculture, Road Transport & Highways, Shipping, Environment & Forests, New & Renewable Energy, Civil Aviation and Commerce and fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply online.
This new change in bureaucracy will help in the development of the entire country as private and committed experienced people will directly become a part of the Senior Management of Central Government.
