The Bihar Competitive Entrance Competitive Examination Board has released the notification for Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme. All the candidates can now check the Bihar Board (BSEB) D.El.Ed 2019-21 Exam Notification at educationbihar.gov.in and check dates to fill online application form.
Students who have passed their intermediate (class 12th) examination with at-least 50% marks (45% for SC / ST) from any recognized board / institution are eligible for DELED education programme.
Bihar D.El.Ed Exam is a 2 years course and the total number of seats for BSEB DElEd examination are 650.

The minimum age of the applicant (as on 1 January 2019) must be 17 years and there is no limit on the maximum age. Previously, Bihar School Education Board had declared the results of D.El.Ed examinations on 30 March 2019. The examination was conducted by the Bihar Board from 5 March to 9 March in the state.
In FY 2019, a total number of 79.76% students had passed the intermediate exams for which the results was declared on 30 March 2019. A total number of 4.25 lakh students passed in Arts stream touching a pass percentage of 76.53%, Commerce- 59,153 (93.02%), Science- 5,35,110 (81.02%).
